Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or free replacements if:

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse, as our suppliers do not process these.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, they are already being processed and cannot be changed.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or style, request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
