Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are packed and processed within 2–4 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Europe: 6–12 business days

    • US / Canada: 7–15 business days

    • Asia & Oceania: 7–14 business days

    • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

  • Please note: delays may occur due to customs or peak seasons, but we’ll keep you updated.

Tracking

  • All orders come with tracked shipping.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear online.

Customs & Duties

Any local customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds & Replacements

We want you to love your Centric99 order. If something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

We offer refunds or free replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your package is lost in transit and doesn’t arrive within 30 business days.

How it works:

  1. Contact us at support@centric99.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear product photos.

  2. Our team will review your request and coordinate with our supplier.

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse, as our suppliers do not process these.

  • Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, they are already being processed and cannot be changed.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or style, request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
